Change user defaults for new members

With this extension , suitable for phpBB 3.1 and 3.2, you as an administrator are able to set the default settings for new users. No files changes anymore and  easy to set up and store . The changes take effect immediately for new users but can always be modified, of course.

Turn of this extension and new users get back to the default setting of phpBB. Ease man should not?

It is also possible to adjust the settings for all users. You therefore overwrite the settings that the user has created himself, so caution is advised.
